How does my intro offer work?
Use your 2 classes within 2 weeks.
I'm a beginner, is that coolio?
Yes, all levels welcome.
Can I cancel at anytime?
You must cancel 12 hours before the class, otherwise a full charge will occur.
Can I get a refund?

What do I need to bring?
BYO Mat and drink bottle and/or towel.
What props are provided?
Depending on class size there may be props provided.
Can I come pregnant/postpartum?
You must have medical clearance from your doctor before commencing any physical activity. Once you have the official medical tick of approval, be kind and gentle to your body, only you know what's best for you. Please contact us if you have any questions. I'm here to make you feel safe and supported.

Each membership automatically includes 7 free days. Credit card details are taken. After 7 days, your paid subscription will begin and your membership will automatically renew.

I will be offering a range or pre and postnatal classes. You must have medical clearance from your doctor before commencing any physical activity. Once you have the official medical tick of approval, be kind and gentle to your body, only you know what's best for you.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WORKOUT?
Most important thing is to listen to your body. I would recommend moving your body in some way everyday, whether it be a cardio class or maybe a very chilled stretch class.
DO I NEED TO USE PROPS?
All classes are a mix of body weight and use of props. I will let you know at the beginning of a class whether you need them or not. Don't stress if you don't have the props, most of the time an at home item can work just as well.
